Membership Cancellation

We hate to see you go but we definitely understand that life can get busy and sometimes people move. please simply fill out the Cancellation Request Form below and a team member will reach out to you as soon as possible:


MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

All of our monthly memberships are billed every month and are good for Unlimited or Limited class visitations (depending on your specific membership) for a 30 day period. Our memberships are auto billed and renew each month, with no contracts, and as such they cannot be placed on hold or refunded for any reason after the billing cycle has gone through. REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer refunds for any reason. We cannot place memberships on hold or transfer membership payments to anther account.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your membership at Left Coast CrossFit we must receive your written cancelation submission notice via the form above no later than 7 calendar days before your next billing cycle.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When signing up for a membership or purchasing products at Left Coast CrossFit, you are authorizing charges to be made through your account via Wodify billing. If you have signed a contract, you will be held to the terms and conditions specified in your contract.
