Join Coach Andy for an individualized journey where he will walk you every step of the way towards your fitness goals, whether it's fat loss, muscle gain or simply learn how to eat better for improved health and performance.

 
 

How does 1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching work?

Step 1

15 MINUTE CONSULTATION: You will have your initial 15 minute consultation with Coach Andy to discuss your goals. This can be done virtually or in-person.


Step 2

SIGN UP + QUESTIONNAIRE: You’ll sign up and then fill out a nutrition questionnaire so Coach Andy can assess and put together your individualized nutrition plan.


Step 3

RECEIVE PLAN: You’ll receive your customized nutrition plan and communicate with Coach Andy within Cronometer (food tracking and coaching platform).

Step 4

CHECK-IN: From your phone or computer you’ll be able to update and check-in on a weekly basis with Coach Andy on your performance, body metrics and food intake. You’ll be able to upload progress photos and track all of your progress over time to ensure you’re seeing results.


Step 5

MAKE ADJUSTMENTS: Using all of that information, Coach Andy will make adjustments to your nutrition plan and give you actionable tips and advice to move forward for the following week.
